LiteHouse is a business under formation. It is not presently authorised to carry on lending or any other financial activity in India, it is not a bank or a non-banking financial company, and it does not accept deposits of any kind.
It has not made a loan. It has no lending track record, no loss history and no portfolio. Lending will commence only upon receipt of the regulatory authorisations required for it.
Not an offer of credit
Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of credit, an invitation to apply for credit, or a promise that credit will be made available to any person. No description of intended products, eligibility, process or timing should be read as a commitment. There is no product to apply for, and we are not accepting applications.
Not an offer of securities or an investment invitation
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or interest in LiteHouse, nor an invitation to invest. Descriptions of the business are not, and should not be treated as, an offering document, a prospectus, a private placement memorandum or investment advice. Any discussion with prospective investors is conducted separately, under its own documentation and the applicable law.
No deposits
LiteHouse does not accept, invite or solicit deposits from the public in any form, and nothing here should be construed as doing so.
