Privacy policy
A short policy, because this is a short website. It has no forms, no accounts, no advertising and no tracking — so there is very little to tell you.
Last updated 2 September 2026
The short version. This site collects no personal data from you. There are no sign-up forms, no accounts, no cookies set by us, no advertising and no analytics or tracking scripts. If you email us, we hold your email and whatever you chose to put in it, and we use it only to reply.
1. Who is responsible
LiteHouse publishes this website and is responsible for personal data handled through it. For any privacy question, or to exercise the rights described below, write to customer@litehouseco.com.
2. What we collect
Information you send us
If you contact us by email we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message. That is the only personal data we actively collect.
Information collected automatically
We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking on this site, and we set no cookies. Like any website, ours is served by infrastructure providers that process technical data such as IP address, browser type and the page requested in order to deliver the page and protect against abuse. We do not use that data to identify or profile you.
Fonts
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser makes a request to Google's servers to fetch them, and Google may process technical data such as your IP address in doing so, under its own privacy policy. No cookies are set by that request.
3. Why we use it, and on what basis
We use what you send us to answer you and to continue any conversation you start. We rely on your consent, given by choosing to write to us, and on our legitimate interest in operating and securing this website. We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. Your information is handled by us and by the service providers who host this site and carry our email, acting on our instructions. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept for as long as it remains useful to the conversation and to our records, and no longer than is reasonable for that purpose. You can ask us to delete it.
6. Security
The site is served over HTTPS and carries a content security policy and related protections. Email is held in a managed business email service with access restricted to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — so please do not send us sensitive personal or financial information by email.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to:
- confirm what personal data of yours we hold, and give you a copy;
- correct or complete anything inaccurate;
- erase what we hold;
- withdraw a consent you previously gave, without affecting what was done before;
- nominate another person to exercise these rights if you are unable to.
Write to customer@litehouseco.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a complaint, you may escalate it to the Data Protection Board of India.
8. Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from a child.
9. Links to other sites
Where we link elsewhere, that site's own privacy policy applies. We are not responsible for how other operators handle your data.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data — for example if we add a contact form or analytics — we will update this page and change the date at the top.
